Amid rising concerns over students’ health in schools and colleges, the BMC began a campaign called JAGRUK PALAK- SUDRUDH BALAK (Alert Parents-Healthy Children), to monitor the health of kids through Check – Ups.
We at our school conducted a physical exam of pupils from Stds V to IX on Wednesday, Thursday, March 1 & 2, 2023, by the BMC doctors from the C Ward.
The Medical Exam included the following:
Weight and Height
BMI
Eyes Screening ( Distant and Colour Vision)
Oral Health
General Physical Exam by Physicians (All Pro Bono)
The doctors referred cases requiring Medical Attention to the following Hospitals:
Nair OPD 9
Sion OPD 7
KEM OPD 105
Bai M. N. Gamadia Girls' High School
