Our School participated in the 7th International Day of YOGA in an online session, wherein our pupils under the able guidance of our PT Instructress, Mrs Sawant demonstrated various asanas on the tune of ‘Ganesh Vandana’.This was followed by a PowerPoint Presentation on the importance of yoga.All present on the digital platform were motivated by the Principal to make YOGA an important part of their daily lives in order to enjoy a happy life and reduce the effects of stress and other physical ailments.
