Inspite of the lockdown and in these difficult and testing times of the pandemic, cheers and smiles were brought on the faces of the pre-primary parents and children by celebrating father’s day in a different way on Sunday, 21 June 2020. The day started by sending fathers’ day wishes in the form of picture collage on the class groups followed by playing song ‘papa mere papa’ on YouTube.
The fathers were asked to dance with their daughters and send a video clip on the class WhatsApp group.
The idea of getting the fathers to dance with their daughters was to make them feel proud of their daughters and also to make them aware of their importance in bringing up their children.
