Step 1: ORIENTATION +CAREER ASSESSMENTS Day 1
‘Edugroomers’ conducted an orientation with the students of Std X to condition them for the student assessment test and preparation of report. The test was conducted at the school premises for 2.5hrs.
Step 2: CAREER AWARENESS WORKSHOP Day 2
This Workshop helped to disseminate information on major career choices, in preparation for the students to start thinking about them before they went for personal counselling session.
Step 3: PERSONAL COUNSELLING Day 3, 4 & 5
Each student was counselled individually by professional career counsellor Ms. Nitanti Jain on choice of career streams based on the career assessment.
