Independence Day was celebrated on Wednesday, August 15, 2018, with great enthusiasm & respect. The ceremony started at 8.30 a.m. in the school hall. Principal Mrs. Zarin. B. Rabadi unfurled the Tricolor, and all in unison sung The National Anthem and expressed the joy of our freedom. The celebration continued with patriotic songs and dance performances by the students. The students expressed their sentiments and aspirations for the country through English & Hindi speeches.
The Principal urged the students to take the pledge towards a Clean India, Poverty-Free India, Corruption- Free India, and communalism-free India to commemorate the sovereignty of our nation. Indeed, it was a day of joy, a day to love & respect our country, and make it a better place for Indians to live & experience the freedom, peace & unity in diversity.
