We at Gamadia always work on the communication, diction and general speaking skills of our children.
We decided to provide a platform to the budding orators of our school through an ‘Inter-house Elocution Competition’ on Friday, August 30, 2019, (Stds I – X) which challenged children of various age groups to present poems and extracts in a proper tone, rhythm, pronunciation and voice modulation.
The judge for the event was Dr.Ruta Vyas (Director- Amadeus consulting).
The participants were judged on the basis of clarity of speech, memory, pronunciation, expression & body language.
The objective of this activity was to make the children more expressive, confident & spontaneous in their way of speaking.
