Our pupils of the Primary and Secondary department participated in the “Meri Maati Mera Desh” Program launched under the flagship of Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav by the Department of Youth Affairs, Govt. of India from Wednesday, August 9, 2023. Various assemblies were held to celebrate the activities. The pupils took Panch Pran Pledge holding mitti diya in hand to integrate the Panch pran idea and this year’s focus of Mitti Ko Naman Veeron Ka Vandana. Vasudha Vandana was observed by planting indigenous plants and medicinal plants in pots. In a special assembly by Primary department, the tricolour was raised high and National Anthem was sung with pride and honour to commemorate the sacrifices and contribution of great man and women in making of Independent India. Few of our local heroes, the Traffic Police Officials were invited in our school and were felicitated as a part of Veeron ki Vandana campaign.
