Ms. Saily, from Yakult Danone India Pvt. Ltd., a leading Probiotic Company held an interactive session on Gut Health on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 for the students of Stds III to X. She illustrated the digestive system of our body and also explained about how a balanced diet, following a healthy lifestyle helps in maintaining healthy gut leading to healthy body.
She also added that so called “Junk Food” also provide nutrients to our body provided they are home made; our junk food lovers were delighted hearing the statement. She recommended to include probiotics (fermented food such as idli- dosa-dhokla, yogurt, paneer etc) in our day to day diet.
Yakult Probiotic Drink was distributed to our pupils at the end of the session.
