In this current pandemic situation we all are so stressed that it’s affecting not just our physical health but our mental health too. To combat this stress, we at our school arranged for a session on Rhythmic Breathing Techniques on the Zoom Platform for the teaching and non-teaching staff.
Dr. Kamdar, an expert on the subject , explained and demonstrated various rhythmic breathing techniques that would help us to remain in the pink of our health and cope with current situation.
In his demonstrations and explanations, he emphasised on breathing from the abdomen. He also mentioned that 12 breaths per minute is an ideal breathing pattern.
