International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at our school on Friday, June 21, 2024. We were honored to have Mr. Rayomand Sirwala, a renowned Corporate Fitness Consultant and founder of SOUL Fitness Solutions, as our esteemed guest. With over 22 years of experience in yoga and wellness coaching, Mr. Sirwala has trained high-profile clients and multinational companies, specializing in therapy yoga and proper body alignment.
During the event, Mr. Sirwala emphasized the importance of incorporating yoga into daily life and demonstrated several yoga asanas for us to follow. Our students also showcased their yoga skills, impressing Mr. Sirwala with their flexibility. Both primary and secondary students thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, making it a fruitful and enriching day for all.
