Anapana training was held for teachers by MITRA-Mind in Training for Awareness in association with the Education Department of Maharashtra and Vipassana Research Institute.
The Anapana is a form of Buddhist meditation which means ‘Mindfulness of breathing’ .
Anapana refers to inhalation and exhalation, practce of Anapana is found to be beneficial for mental and intellectual growth in an individual. It also helps in reducing fear and tensions which is very much required in these times of pandemic.
Our students and teachers attended the training . In the training period of two hours they experienced a boost in their Concentration, Self Confidence and also experienced compassion and joy.
