Dove Self-Esteem Project Workshop – STDs V – VIII on Tuesday 20 December 2016.

Low body confidence undermines academic achievement. The Dove Self- Esteem Project addressed issues of body confidence and low self-esteem. The workshop covered topics such as : appearance, beauty and body image and examined how images of models, actors and celebrities fabricated or manipulated to portray a “ perfection” against which our kids often measures themselves. Most of all, the workshop helped young people develop the skills and behavior’s that lead to positive self-esteem and body confidence.
