A talk on Nasha-Mukt Bharat was conducted for students of Std 8 on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, by a Lady Police Inspector from L.T. Marg Police Station.
The session focussed on the harmful effects of drugs and how children unknowingly get addicted through drug-laced chewing gums.
It was highlighted that addiction often leads to crime and is used to misguide the young generation.
Students were encouraged to remain vigilant on social media, avoid accepting unknown friend requests, and stay cautious as children are sometimes exploited to transport drugs. The Inspector also spoke about the dangers of cyber hacking and online scams linked to such activities.
This informative session inspired the students to stay away from harmful habits and contribute to building a Nasha-Mukt ( Free) Bharat.
